Phase II: The Wilderness Chapel |
Mentone, AL - It has been an amazing two years here at The Wilderness high atop Lookout Mountain! Since our first group visited in May of 2004, we’ve had the privilege of hosting youth groups, Sunday school classes, deacon retreats, women's retreats, church picnics, and baptisms. Guests have enjoyed exploring the trails of the adjacent Little River Canyon National Preserve, spending a lazy afternoon fishing in the pond, playing volleyball or frisbee, and diving into the crystal clear Little River, all the while, growing closer to God.
