Information:
If a prospective
guest has a question about our policies they must contact us for clarification
prior to making a reservation.
Please print
this page for reference before and during your stay.
Check-in/Check-out
times:
- Check-in
time: after 4:00 p.m. (unless your cottage is available earlier)
- Check-out
time: before 1:00 p.m. (However, the grounds/trails/swimming hole are
still available for your use after this time.)

Restrictions:
- Absolutely
no pets are allowed on the property. Anyone bringing a pet into a cottage
or onto the screen porches will incur cleaning charges in addition to
any damage charges.
- The Wilderness
has a strict "no smoking" policy anywhere on the premises.
This includes no smoking and no candles in the cottages. We ask that
all guests adhere to this policy because extra cleaning charges will
be incurred.
Deposit
/Reservation /Cancellation Policy:
- First
night's deposit is due ten days after reservation is made to confirm
the reservation.
- Balance
of total is due one week before the first night's stay.
- Full
refund of your deposit if canceled 10 days in advance.
- If cancellation
is made within 10 days of first night's stay 50% of total amount paid
will be refunded.
- However,
if no cancellation is made, the entire deposit will be retained by The
Wilderness.

- Childcare
is available upon request at a rate of $4.00 per hour per child. Call
